Sephora Retail Marketing Assistant Intern

1. Participate in the implementation of the 2026 France Animation Plan across the French network.
2. Follow up on supplier briefs and merchandising tests.
3. Update animation files and ensure proper coordination of animations.
4. Develop the animation book for the network of 300 stores.
5. Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper implementation.
6. Deploy and produce store signage, including briefing suppliers and overseeing the graphic chain from design to delivery.
7. Coordinate timings and stakeholders for store signage.
8. Manage operational communication with the network, including handling store requests and drafting communications to ensure proper execution of operations.
9. Coordinate store opening/reopening events, including supplier briefings and coordination between store, headquarters, and service providers.
10. Support the implementation of transversal projects and local operations, such as creating branded items, activating gift cards, and managing the Friends & Family campaign.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in business school or university (Bac +4/5).
2. Operational and autonomous with strong organizational skills.
3. Excellent interpersonal and writing skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Photoshop is a plus.
