- Oversee the financial and operational management of multiple retail locations within the designated area.
- Develop and implement strategic store and area plans to maximize sales and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure exceptional retail and operational standards, delivering best-in-class customer service across all stores.
- Drive sales and profitability through performance management, development, and coaching of Store Managers and teams.
- Lead teams by translating area performance objectives into store sales and KPI targets.
- Monitor and report on performance KPIs, identifying areas for improvement.
- Manage store operations, ensuring compliance with Sephora policies and procedures.
- Optimize inventory management and conduct timely stock assessments.
- Recruit and develop exceptional talent, focusing on succession planning and career development.
- Maintain Sephora's merchandising standards and support key product launches.
- Foster a customer-obsessed and brand-focused environment, enhancing service culture.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Administration.
- Experience in customer experience management.
- Proficiency in sales, service, and commercial KPI environments.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends.
- Competency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong leadership and transversal management skills.
- Commercial acumen and awareness of the Middle Eastern market.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and creativity.
Minimum of 6-8 years in sales, operations, and/or services within the beauty, retail, or hospitality industry.
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Administration.
