Sephora Retail Management Intern

1. Support the store management team in day-to-day retail operations and execution of sales initiatives.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service through product consultations, demonstrations and personalised recommendations.
3. Assist with visual merchandising and in-store brand presentation to maintain Sephora’s standards.
4. Contribute to stock management activities including inventory counts, replenishment and shrink control.
5. Help coordinate and support store events, product launches and promotional activity.
6. Prepare basic operational reports, sales reconciliations and assist with POS transactions when required.
7. Participate in training activities for new hires and help reinforce service and selling techniques on the sales floor.

1. Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing or a related field.
2. Strong interest in beauty, cosmetics and luxury retail.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
4. Available to work a full-time internship schedule with a hybrid working arrangement as required.
5. Legal right to work in Romania.
