- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of new store openings, refits, renovations, and defits.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Plan, implement, and execute key deliverables ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to design specifications.
- Conduct project cost forecasting, tracking, reporting, and analysis.
- Manage project tendering, negotiation, and approvals.
- Coordinate procurement and store fit-out elements.
- Ensure compliance with certifications and standards.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and adjust strategies as needed.
- Resolve design and construction RFIs and manage the defects process.
- Maintain project files, drawings, and records.
- Strengthen contractor and supplier relationships.
- 5-7+ years of experience as a Retail Development Project Manager in a specialty or luxury retail environment.
- Experience in building/construction management.
- Proficiency in managing project documentation and interpreting complex contracts.
- Strong understanding of the retail market.
- IT capabilities across Office 365 and project management platforms.
- Experience with AUTOCAD is advantageous.
