Sephora Retail Development Project Manager

1. Oversee the end-to-end implementation of new store openings, refits, renovations, and defits.
2. Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
3. Plan, implement, and execute key deliverables ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to design specifications.
4. Conduct project cost forecasting, tracking, reporting, and analysis.
5. Manage project tendering, negotiation, and approvals.
6. Coordinate procurement and store fit-out elements.
7. Ensure compliance with certifications and standards.
8. Conduct regular risk assessments and adjust strategies as needed.
9. Resolve design and construction RFIs and manage the defects process.
10. Maintain project files, drawings, and records.
11. Strengthen contractor and supplier relationships.

1. 5-7+ years of experience as a Retail Development Project Manager in a specialty or luxury retail environment.
2. Experience in building/construction management.
3. Proficiency in managing project documentation and interpreting complex contracts.
4. Strong understanding of the retail market.
5. IT capabilities across Office 365 and project management platforms.
6. Experience with AUTOCAD is advantageous.
