1. Welcome customers upon entering the store, providing a warm and friendly greeting.
2. Ensure a positive first impression by maintaining an inviting atmosphere for customers.
3. Support the sales team by preparing shopping bags, folding tissue paper, and organizing bags for customer delivery.
4. Maintain the organization of shopping baskets, ensuring they are clean and readily available for customers.
5. Assist the team in restocking products on shelves according to category and price, ensuring items are organized and visible to customers.
6. Collaborate with the entire team to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold customer service standards.

1. High School Diploma or currently enrolled in high school.

1. Ability to relate to customers respectfully, listening and adapting to different profiles.
2. Customer service skills.
3. Teamwork and support for colleagues in operational activities.
4. Proactivity in maintaining an organized, accessible, and inviting store environment.
5. Willingness to handle various tasks throughout the day.

Beginner level experience in customer service or retail is preferred.

High School Diploma or currently enrolled in high school.
