4. Greet customers at the store entrance, offer cordial service, and provide shopping baskets.
5. Ensure a pleasant first impression by promoting an inviting and friendly atmosphere.
6. Assist the sales team in preparing shopping bags, folding tissue paper, and organizing bags for customer delivery.
7. Maintain the organization of shopping baskets, ensuring they are always available and clean for customers.
8. Aid in product restocking on shelves according to category and price, ensuring items are organized per Sephora standards and visible to customers.
9. Collaborate with the entire team to ensure smooth daily operations and achieve customer service standards.

1. High School Diploma or currently enrolled in high school

1. Ability to relate to customers respectfully, listening and adapting to different profiles
2. Customer service skills
3. Teamwork and support for colleagues in operational activities
4. Proactive involvement in tasks that keep the store organized, accessible, and inviting
5. Willingness to handle various tasks throughout the day

Beginner level experience in customer service or retail preferred.
