1. Welcome customers at the store entrance, providing a cordial greeting and offering a shopping basket.
2. Ensure a positive first impression by creating an inviting and friendly atmosphere for customers.
3. Support the sales team by preparing shopping bags, carefully folding tissue paper, and organizing bags for customer delivery.
4. Maintain the organization of shopping baskets, ensuring they are always available and clean for customer use.
5. Assist the team in restocking products on shelves according to category and price, ensuring items are organized according to Sephora's standards and visible to customers.
6. Collaborate with the entire team to ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to customer service standards.

1. High School Diploma or currently enrolled in high school

1. Ability to interact with customers respectfully, listening and adapting to different profiles.
2. Customer service skills.
3. Teamwork and support for colleagues in operational activities.
4. Initiative in maintaining the store's organization, accessibility, and inviting atmosphere.
5. Willingness to handle various tasks throughout the day.

Beginner level experience in customer service or retail is preferred.

High School Diploma or currently enrolled in high school
