- Maintain the organization of shopping baskets, ensuring they are always available and clean for customers.
- Aid the team in restocking products on shelves according to category and price, ensuring items are organized per Sephora's standards and visible to customers.
- Collaborate with the entire team to ensure smooth daily operations and achieve customer service standards.
- High School Diploma or currently enrolled in high school
- Ability to interact with customers respectfully, listening and adapting to different profiles.
- Customer service skills.
- Teamwork and operational support skills.
- Proactivity in maintaining an organized, accessible, and inviting store environment.
- Willingness to handle various tasks throughout the day.
Beginner level experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
High School Diploma or currently enrolled in high school.
