2. Ensure a pleasant first impression by promoting an inviting and friendly atmosphere for customers.
3. Support the sales team in preparing shopping bags, carefully folding tissue paper, and organizing bags for customer delivery.
4. Maintain the organization of shopping baskets, ensuring they are always available and clean for customers.
5. Assist the team in restocking products on shelves according to category and price, ensuring items are organized according to Sephora's standards and visible to customers.
6. Collaborate with the entire team to ensure smooth daily operations and meet customer service standards.

1. High School Diploma or currently enrolled in high school.

2. Customer service skills.

5. Willingness to handle various tasks throughout the day.

Beginner level experience in customer service or retail.

Participation in the 'Beleza sem Barreiras' program, which includes certified training, mentorship with Sephora leaders, and immersive in-store experience. Candidates not immediately hired will be recommended as accelerated talent to other LVMH Group companies and commercial partners.
