1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and understanding customer needs.
2. Advise customers on beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness products.
3. Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
4. Promote Sephora's CRM program to enhance customer engagement.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new products and beauty trends.

1. Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.

Entry-level experience in retail or customer service is required.

$28.08 per hour plus superannuation and weekend loading.
