Sephora Retail Assistant

1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing customer needs.
2. Assist customers in discovering Sephora's beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness products.
3. Participate in initial onboarding and continuous learning through Sephora's online platform and field trainers.
4. Promote Sephora's CRM program and its benefits to customers.
5. Engage in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
6. Share knowledge of iconic brands with customers and team members.

1. Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
2. Availability to work three full days across key trading times, including late nights and weekends.

1. Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
2. Keen observation of new products and beauty trends.
3. Ability to provide an amazing customer experience.

Beginner level experience in retail or customer service is required.

$27/hr + Super + Weekend loading
