1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing customer needs.
2. Advise customers on beauty products, skincare, haircare, and wellness offerings.
3. Assist customers in understanding the features and benefits of Sephora's CRM program.
4. Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
5. Maintain product knowledge and stay informed about the latest beauty trends and techniques.

1. Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.

1. Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
2. Ability to observe and adapt to new products and beauty trends.
3. Strong customer service orientation.

Previous experience in sales within a retail or customer-facing environment is required.

$27/hr plus Super and Weekend loading.
