1. Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for clients.
2. Assist customers in discovering and selecting beauty products across various departments including skincare, haircare, and wellness.

4. Promote and educate customers about Sephora's CRM program and its benefits.
5. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
6. Maintain store standards and ensure product displays are visually appealing.

1. Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
2. Availability to work three full days, including late nights and weekends.
3. Ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.

Previous experience in retail or customer service is required.

$28.08 per hour plus superannuation and weekend loading.
