1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing customer needs.
2. Advise customers on beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness products, ensuring they receive personalized recommendations.
3. Participate in continuous learning through Sephora's online platform and in-store training sessions.
4. Promote Sephora's CRM program and its benefits to customers.
5. Collaborate with fellow Beauty Advisors to enhance team knowledge and customer experience.
6. Maintain awareness of new products and beauty trends to better serve customers.

1. Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.

$28.08 per hour plus superannuation and weekend loading.
