Sephora Retail Assistant

1. Deliver outstanding, consultative customer service that inspires discovery across makeup, skincare, haircare and wellness categories.
2. Conduct product demonstrations, sampling and personalised recommendations to drive conversion and basket value.
3. Promote and enrol customers in the store CRM/loyalty program to foster repeat business and client relationships.
4. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, stock replenishment and store presentation in line with brand guidelines.
5. Complete transactions accurately and manage point-of-sale procedures while ensuring a seamless client experience.
6. Participate in onboarding and ongoing training, including cross-training and in-store expert sessions, to expand product and brand knowledge.
7. Collaborate with the store team to meet trading objectives and support peak trading periods (late nights, weekends).

1. Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
2. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a service-oriented mindset.
3. Availability to work at least three full trading days, including late-night and weekend shifts.
4. Demonstrable interest in beauty trends and willingness to continuously learn and share product knowledge.
5. Comfort participating in regular training and cross-functional learning activities.
