Sephora Release Train Engineer

- Manage and optimize the flow of value across the program using agile tools such as JIRA, JIRA Align, and Confluence.
- Establish and communicate annual calendars for Sprints, Program Increments (PI), and System Demos.
- Facilitate PI Planning preparation and coordinate plan preparation and PI scenarioization.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt Workshops, and ART Sync.
- Aggregate team PI objectives into program PI objectives for visibility and transparency.
- Assist in managing risks and dependencies during ART Sync and PI Planning.
- Report progress to Lean Portfolio Management and Release Management.
- Foster continuous improvement through Inspect and Adapt workshops.
- Train leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in agile practices and mindset.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Product Owners to ensure alignment of strategy and execution.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Agile project management, including at least 2 years as a Release Train Engineer or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a similar field.
- SAFe RTE (Release Train Engineer) certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce systems, mobile applications, OMS, and CRM.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
- Attention to detail, organization, and thoroughness.
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in Agile project management, including at least 2 years as a Release Train Engineer or similar role.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a similar field.
