Sephora Release Train Engineer

1. Manage and optimize the flow of value across the program using agile tools such as JIRA, JIRA Align, and Confluence.
2. Establish and communicate annual calendars for Sprints, Program Increments (PI), and System Demos.
3. Facilitate PI Planning preparation and coordinate plan preparation and PI scenarioization.
4. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt Workshops, and ART Sync.
5. Aggregate team PI objectives into program PI objectives for visibility and transparency.
6. Assist in managing risks and dependencies during ART Sync and PI Planning.
7. Report progress to Lean Portfolio Management and Release Management.
8. Foster continuous improvement through Inspect and Adapt workshops.
9. Train leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in agile practices and mindset.
10. Collaborate with Product Management and Product Owners to ensure alignment of strategy and execution.

1. Minimum of 5 years' experience in Agile project management, including at least 2 years as a Release Train Engineer or similar role.
2. Bachelor's degree in engineering or a similar field.
3. SAFe RTE (Release Train Engineer) certification preferred.
4. Strong knowledge of e-commerce systems, mobile applications, OMS, and CRM.
