1. Manage administrative personnel tasks, including administrative follow-ups and coordination with stores not managed by GA and GP.
2. Participate in HR projects and topics in collaboration with the Regional HR Manager, including preparation for RP meetings and regional meetings.
3. Provide support to stores by addressing GA and GP queries and directing them to appropriate regional contacts.
4. Track and analyze regional HR indicators.
5. Assist in HR development projects, including the creation and updating of materials for stores.
6. Collaborate with regional training relay to monitor regional priorities such as integration and managerial rituals.

1. Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+4/5) with a specialization in Human Resources.
2. Basic knowledge of labor law.
