Sephora Regional Director

1. Report to the Vice President of Retail, China, and collaborate with other Regional Directors.
2. Ensure customer satisfaction is prioritized at all times.
3. Execute commercial strategies across regional stores.
4. Analyze business information related to store staff, customers, and marketing activities.
5. Optimize annual commercial events and CRM programs.
6. Maintain high standards of customer service in alignment with company goals.
7. Understand and enhance the competitive positioning of the region.
8. Manage and coach Store Managers, District Managers, and Regional Managers.
9. Monitor and improve the performance of District Managers.
10. Coordinate new store openings, renovations, and closures within the region.

1. University degree in business or economics preferred.
2. Over 12 years of work experience with at least 8 years in regional or district management within the retail industry.
3. Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English.

1. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Proficient in computer applications.
3. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

A minimum of 12 years in the retail industry, with at least 8 years in a regional or district management role.

Bachelor's degree in business or economics preferred.
