Sephora Regional Director

1. Oversee the commercial performance of stores within the designated region.
2. Monitor and drive daily store activities to achieve commercial objectives.
3. Communicate commercial goals and animate the region based on performance metrics such as sales, margin, conversion rate, average basket size, and productivity.
4. Analyze regional performance using quantitative and qualitative indicators and implement associated action plans.
5. Manage and ensure accountability for the region's Profit & Loss.
6. Lead, develop, and inspire store teams.
7. Conduct daily store visits to support Store Directors in achieving their objectives and managing their teams.
8. Foster strong relationships with store teams to unify efforts towards achieving goals.
9. Organize and optimize team structures in collaboration with Human Resources to meet business objectives, develop talent, and manage turnover and absenteeism.
10. Ensure operational excellence and superior customer experience through effective merchandising, stock management, security procedures, and management practices.
11. Implement and oversee the retail commercial calendar, ensuring quality execution.
12. Serve as a liaison between corporate direction and the store network to share best practices.
13. Provide weekly reports on regional activity to the Zone Director, covering quantitative and qualitative indicators, action plans, and initiatives.
14. Lead regional meetings to ensure effective information dissemination and share best practices.
15. Propose improvements to enhance regional performance.

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail within the Belgian market.
2. Proven experience managing large teams and remote management.
3. Fluency in Dutch is required, with proficiency in English preferred.
