Sephora Regional Director

- Oversee the commercial performance of stores within the designated region.
- Monitor and drive daily store activities to achieve commercial objectives.
- Communicate commercial goals and animate the region based on performance metrics such as sales, margin, conversion rate, average basket size, and productivity.
- Analyze regional performance using quantitative and qualitative indicators and implement associated action plans.
- Manage and ensure accountability for the region's Profit & Loss.
- Lead, develop, and inspire store teams.
- Conduct daily store visits to support Store Directors in achieving their objectives and managing their teams.
- Foster strong relationships with store teams to unify efforts towards achieving goals.
- Organize and optimize team structures in collaboration with Human Resources to meet business objectives, develop talent, and manage turnover and absenteeism.
- Ensure operational excellence and superior customer experience through effective merchandising, stock management, security procedures, and management practices.
- Implement and oversee the retail commercial calendar, ensuring quality execution.
- Serve as a liaison between corporate direction and the store network to share best practices.
- Provide weekly reports on regional activity to the Zone Director, covering quantitative and qualitative indicators, action plans, and initiatives.
- Lead regional meetings to ensure effective information dissemination and share best practices.
- Propose improvements to enhance regional performance.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail within the Belgian market.
- Proven experience managing large teams and remote management.
- Fluency in Dutch is required, with proficiency in English preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Inspirational leadership with the ability to gain buy-in and unify teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage ambiguity.
Minimum of 10 years in retail management, with experience in the Belgian market and managing large teams.
