Sephora Quality Assurance Specialist

- Collaborate closely with project teams and suppliers to ensure product quality during launches.
- Participate in risk analyses and determine action plans and specific test protocols.
- Define and monitor approval plans during development and industrialization phases until product approval.
- Participate in industrial trials and document findings.
- Record defect ranges and color triptychs, sharing control elements with the quality assistant.
- Contribute to product specification development and establish control ranges.
- Oversee the control of bulk, semi-finished, and finished products with suppliers and the quality assistant.
- Manage non-conformities during product launches and follow up on action plans.
- Address market feedback and customer complaints.
- Apply and enforce ISO 22716 and other regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional improvement projects.
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific field, preferably from an engineering school or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar quality role within the cosmetics industry.
- Proficiency in operational English.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (ISO 22716).
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Proactive, curious, and adaptable.
