Sephora Property Intern

- Prepare layout updates and feasibility drawings for prospective store and office locations.
- Support project administration and documentation, including purchase order follow‑up and systematic file organisation.
- Assist in reviewing contractor progress reports and construction programmes, and track milestones against project plans.
- Join site walks with Project Managers; contribute to snag list creation and record quality observations.
- Prepare meeting materials, take accurate minutes and follow up on actions with architects, consultants and retail partners.
- Support handover activities by collating required submissions, certifications and completion documentation.
- Update technical files and materials documentation under the guidance of the design team.
- Provide ad hoc assistance to the Facilities Manager on capital projects and minor works.
- Right to work in the UK for the duration of the 12‑month internship.
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, Real Estate, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- Proactive, organised and curious with a strong sense of ownership.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to store locations across the UK and to work on-site as required.
- Basic competence with MS Office and a willingness to develop technical CAD and visualisation skills.

Entry-level; suitable for students or recent graduates. Some basic, demonstrable experience or familiarity with MS Office and introductory use of AutoCAD, SketchUp or Photoshop is required. Previous academic projects, placements or internships in retail design, architecture or construction will be advantageous.
Enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, Real Estate, Quantity Surveying or a closely related field.
