1. Manage the procurement of secondary packaging and conditioning services for promotional kits, including thematic launches such as Christmas and Minis & More.
2. Challenge and understand project briefs, define supplier panels, and initiate tenders in alignment with strategic goals.
3. Conduct margin simulations and propose strategies to meet predefined objectives.
4. Ensure production capacity verification and propose optimization solutions.
5. Negotiate product pricing, commercial terms, and exclusivity agreements for new launches and restocks.
6. Define and implement sourcing strategies considering lead times, pricing, and transport constraints.
7. Maintain continuous global sourcing and innovation monitoring.
8. Develop and maintain supplier relationships, ensuring quality service and performance.
9. Oversee supplier performance reviews and resolve disputes.
10. Manage and report on supplier RSE compliance.
11. Monitor and analyze project margins and generate performance reports.
12. Negotiate and manage agility contracts, and input procurement data into SAP.
13. Participate in budget planning, stock reduction, and end-of-life product management.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field with a specialization in procurement.
2. Professional proficiency in English.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, with knowledge of promotional items and packaging.
