Sephora Project Manager - Property

1. Lead the end-to-end construction process for new store openings and refurbishments, from initial planning to final handover.
2. Manage and coach Assistant Project Managers to ensure seamless project execution and support their professional development.
3. Collaborate with internal and external partners, including the Head of Property and Development, Legal, Business Support, Architects, and Designers, to align on project objectives.
4. Manage external vendors, main contractors, and consultants, ensuring alignment with Sephora's standards of excellence.
5. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets and quality standards are achieved.
6. Create detailed project timelines, monitor progress, and address risks proactively to keep projects on track.
7. Oversee on-site works to ensure compliance with safety regulations and Sephora's design standards.
8. Conduct rigorous quality assurance and ensure snagging and close-out are completed to specification.
9. Prepare regular progress reports, documenting milestones, challenges, and financial updates.
10. Ensure all statutory and regulatory certifications are in place prior to store openings.
11. Support Sephora’s sustainability goals and align with LVMH construction guidelines.
12. Travel regularly to project sites across the portfolio.

1. Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
2. Membership of a relevant professional body (RICS, MAPM, MCIOB) is advantageous but not essential.

1. Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
2. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and luxury retail design standards.
3. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD.
5. Knowledge of budget management and risk management principles.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, ideally within luxury retail or high-end commercial environments.

Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
