Sephora Project Manager

- Build and monitor launch schedules, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and quality-compliant project delivery.
- Manage new projects from marketing brief to market launch, coordinating internal functions and external subcontractors.
- Study and secure project feasibility, identify risks, and develop associated action plans.
- Facilitate collaboration between operational and marketing experts.
- Organize and lead project follow-up and feasibility meetings, acting as an interface and facilitator.
- Present, alert, and propose solutions for at-risk projects during Management Committee meetings.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and implementation of project management methods and tools.
- Conduct launch reviews and propose new processes, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead identified cross-functional and strategic projects.
- Five-year engineering degree or equivalent university qualification
- More than six years of professional experience in project management in product development
- Extensive knowledge of project methods, processes, and tools, ideally in industrial, cosmetics, or agri-food sectors
- Dynamic, analytical, and flexible profile
- Excellent leadership skills
- Team spirit and good communication skills
- Rigor, structure, constructiveness, and curiosity
- Professional proficiency in English
Minimum of six years in project management within product development.
Five-year engineering degree or equivalent university qualification.
