1. Manage new product launch projects from marketing brief to warehouse delivery.
2. Coordinate internal teams to achieve quality, cost, and time objectives while ensuring business priorities are met.
3. Conduct project scoping to identify risks and develop action plans.
4. Lead project meetings to provide comprehensive updates and facilitate decision-making.
5. Foster a positive project environment by offering solutions and managing communication flows.
6. Supervise and develop a team, managing workload, project allocation, and performance monitoring.
7. Propose and implement new processes, tools, and best practices for continuous improvement.
8. Support change management within the project management team and broader operations.

1. Engineering degree (bac+5) or equivalent university degree
2. More than 10 years of professional experience in development or project management

1. Strong knowledge of project methods, processes, and tools, ideally in industrial, cosmetics, or agri-food sectors
2. Dynamic leadership and excellent interpersonal skills
3. Team spirit and effective communication skills
4. Rigor, structure, creativity, and curiosity
5. Professional proficiency in English

Minimum 10 years of professional experience in development or project management roles.

Engineering degree (bac+5) or equivalent university degree
