1. Support project managers in launching new Sephora Favorites and various cross-functional projects in the European market.
2. Identify and select product assortments that align with Sephora's identity and customer expectations to ensure commercial success.
3. Develop exclusive offers or loyalty programs based on CRM insights to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
4. Coordinate each phase of the launch process in close collaboration with suppliers, brands, countries, and internal teams.
5. Contribute to the development of 360° activation toolboxes for each launch, including product sheet writing and toolbox consolidation in PowerPoint format.
6. Monitor project presence across all touchpoints, including mobile applications, country websites, social media, and CRM magazines.
7. Assist in creating assortments for various marketing and CRM projects.
8. Coordinate the implementation of various projects.
9. Manage daily operational issues and provide solutions.
10. Analyze KPIs of different projects and Sephora Favorites, synthesizing data for internal and brand use.
11. Identify performance levers and formulate recommendations to optimize future launches.

1. Master's degree from a university or business school

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint & Excel)
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and analytical mindset
4. Strong command of English
