1. Achieve store goals by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
2. Perform beauty services including makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
3. Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
4. Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols.
5. Promote a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork, fostering an environment of openness.
6. Adhere to company policies to create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all clients.

1. Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state of employment.
2. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

1. Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
2. Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
3. Team player with a collaborative and goal-oriented mindset.
4. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
5. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

$22.30 - $27.33/hr. Actual pay depends on qualifications, experience, and other legitimate business factors.
