Sephora Program Manager, Corporate Investigations and Internal Control

- Lead corporate investigations and internal control initiatives, focusing on fraud, conflicts of interest, and policy violations.
- Design and manage dashboards using AI technologies and data tools like PowerBI to enhance risk oversight.
- Conduct operational audits, identify loopholes, and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings.
- Prepare and present audit reports, clearly outlining findings and recommendations.
- Engage with business partners to provide advisory guidance on risks and controls for new projects and initiatives.
- Conduct follow-up audits to monitor management interventions and ensure timely closure of action plans.
- Serve as a champion for AI technology integration within the Internal Control department.
- Prepare and assist with both internal and external audits, following up on recommendations post-audit.
- Perform store audits annually to understand controls and potential fraud risks.
- Write clear investigation reports and provide value-added recommendations to improve processes and internal controls.
- Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) required.
- Proven knowledge of auditing standards, procedures, laws, rules, and regulations.
- Advanced experience with Excel and data analytics tools, including PowerBI.
- Strong accounting and financial skills.
- Ability to organize complex investigations and write comprehensive reports.
- Excellent project management, time management, and multi-tasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building trust and influence across teams.
- Adaptability and resourcefulness in a dynamic environment.
Minimum of 5 years in corporate investigations, internal/external audit, forensic analysis, finance, or controlling, ideally within audit/consulting firms or large companies.
The annual base salary range for this position is $114,750.00 - $128,250.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
