1. Lead corporate investigations and internal control initiatives, focusing on fraud, conflicts of interest, and policy violations.
2. Design and manage dashboards using AI technologies and data tools like PowerBI to enhance risk oversight.
3. Conduct operational audits, identify loopholes, and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings.
4. Prepare and present audit reports, clearly outlining findings and recommendations.
5. Engage with business partners to provide advisory guidance on risks and controls for new projects and initiatives.
6. Conduct follow-up audits to monitor management interventions and ensure timely closure of action plans.
7. Serve as a champion for AI technology integration within the Internal Control department.
8. Prepare and assist with both internal and external audits, following up on recommendations post-audit.
9. Perform store audits annually to understand controls and potential fraud risks.
10. Write clear investigation reports and provide value-added recommendations to improve processes and internal controls.

1. Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) required.
2. Proven knowledge of auditing standards, procedures, laws, rules, and regulations.

1. Advanced experience with Excel and data analytics tools, including PowerBI.
2. Strong accounting and financial skills.
3. Ability to organize complex investigations and write comprehensive reports.
4. Excellent project management, time management, and multi-tasking abilities.
5. Strong interpersonal skills for building trust and influence across teams.
6. Adaptability and resourcefulness in a dynamic environment.

Minimum of 5 years in corporate investigations, internal/external audit, forensic analysis, finance, or controlling, ideally within audit/consulting firms or large companies.

The annual base salary range for this position is $114,750.00 - $128,250.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
