Sephora Production Control Manager

1. Monitor and optimize system and process performance to maintain efficient operations.
2. Develop and adjust labor assignments based on demand and operational needs.
3. Create and modify tactical production plans to address real-time operational challenges.
4. Analyze historical data to identify issues and recommend process improvements.
5. Utilize predictive planning to inform necessary labor shifts and communicate adjustments.
6. Coordinate scheduled downtime with maintenance and manage escalation for downtime events.
7. Serve as a key contact for updates and coordination with supervisors and partners.
8. Collaborate with operations and business partners to align forecasts and delivery schedules.
9. Develop strong working relationships with shift supervisors and external partners.
10. Communicate effectively with building maintenance and monitor issues.
11. Maintain accurate operational metrics using MS Office Suite and reporting tools.
12. Lead, coach, and develop a team of Flow Controller Coordinators.

1. 7+ years of technical and operational experience in WMS/automation and production planning.
2. Experience with software/automation systems in a logistics environment.
3. College degree preferred in supply chain, engineering, or equivalent experience.
4. Experience with top-tier WMS/WES Labor Reporting Systems.
5. Experience working with Dotcom and Retail DC systems and operations.

1. Strong analytical skills for evaluating program effectiveness.
2. Proven experience in building effective relationships with DC Operations personnel.
3. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, Access, and Visio.
4. Knowledge of DC operational practices and supply chain concepts.
5. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
6. Ability to lead, coach, and develop direct reports.
7. Adaptability to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment.
8. Initiative and problem-solving capabilities.

7+ years of technical and operational experience in WMS/automation and production planning, with a focus on logistics environments.

College degree preferred in supply chain, engineering, or equivalent years of experience.

The annual base salary range for this position is $83,810.00 - $93,670.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
