Sephora Production Control Manager

- Monitor and optimize system and process performance to maintain efficient operations.
- Develop and adjust labor assignments based on demand and operational needs.
- Create and modify tactical production plans to address real-time operational challenges.
- Analyze historical data to identify issues and recommend process improvements.
- Utilize predictive planning to inform necessary labor shifts and communicate adjustments.
- Coordinate scheduled downtime with maintenance and manage escalation for downtime events.
- Serve as a key contact for updates and coordination with supervisors and partners.
- Collaborate with operations and business partners to align forecasts and delivery schedules.
- Develop strong working relationships with shift supervisors and external partners.
- Communicate effectively with building maintenance and monitor issues.
- Maintain accurate operational metrics using MS Office Suite and reporting tools.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Flow Controller Coordinators.
- 7+ years of technical and operational experience in WMS/automation and production planning.
- Experience with software/automation systems in a logistics environment.
- College degree preferred in supply chain, engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with top-tier WMS/WES Labor Reporting Systems.
- Experience working with Dotcom and Retail DC systems and operations.
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating program effectiveness.
- Proven experience in building effective relationships with DC Operations personnel.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, Access, and Visio.
- Knowledge of DC operational practices and supply chain concepts.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop direct reports.
- Adaptability to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Initiative and problem-solving capabilities.
7+ years of technical and operational experience in WMS/automation and production planning, with a focus on logistics environments.
College degree preferred in supply chain, engineering, or equivalent years of experience.
The annual base salary range for this position is $83,810.00 - $93,670.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
