- Deploy the vision and strategy for in-store digital products across the network, focusing on clienteling, advisor tools, and omnichannel services.
- Build, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog considering user needs, in-store usage data, business challenges, and operational constraints.
- Collaborate closely with Product Designers, Product Analysts, and Tech teams to design and enhance simple, effective digital experiences in-store.
- Write, refine, and prioritize User Stories, defining acceptance criteria and validating deliverables before production.
- Define key success indicators with Business Owners and monitor performance.
- Plan and prepare Sprints and Program Increments in alignment with the product roadmap and retail highlights.
- Participate actively in agile rituals including Daily, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Demo, and PI Planning.
- Propose and support initiatives contributing to the in-store product strategy in collaboration with the Product Manager and other Product Owners.
- Serve as the main contact for business teams to understand field usage and prioritize needs.
- Support Business Owners in formalizing, clarifying, and prioritizing their requests.
- Ensure a Core model approach while considering local market specifics.
- Contribute to change management and promote new features to local teams through communication, support, and demos.
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) from a business school, engineering school, or equivalent university program.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Product Owner or equivalent role, ideally in a retail, omnichannel, or digital in-store context.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong sensitivity to user experience and field challenges, with a good understanding of retail roles and in-store team functions.
- Knowledge of omnichannel environments, clienteling, and digital services at the point of sale.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, preferably within a retail, omnichannel, or digital in-store environment.
Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) from a business school, engineering school, or equivalent university program.
