1. Ensure the growth and profitability of assigned product ranges.
2. Analyze market developments and consumer trends to propose strategic product plans, including product mix, design, packaging, and pricing.
3. Develop and implement a two-year launch and activation strategy with a focus on digital initiatives.
4. Coordinate the entire value chain, ensuring harmonious collaboration among internal partners such as Operations, R&D, Supply Chain, Marketing, Packaging Design, and Finance.

1. Master's degree in Marketing from a business or engineering school.
2. Proven experience in product development within the beauty industry.

2. Understanding of business and market trends.

4. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
5. Fluency in English.

Minimum 3 years of experience in product development within the beauty industry.

Master's degree in Marketing from a business or engineering school.
