Sephora Product Manager, Testing & Optimization

- Author JSON test script stories to configure A/B tests and capture required KPIs and success metrics.
- Create decommissioning stories for failed experiments and productionalizing stories to scale successful tests to production.
- Design and implement Adobe Target experimentation campaigns across the Unified Frontend Environment (UFE) and related applications.
- Define optimal testing strategies, model test ideas in JSON, and document test setups, risks, limitations and level of effort.
- Identify new tracking requirements and testing opportunities; update test code reference documentation.
- Support troubleshooting, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and cross-team enablement for Adobe Target-driven feature releases, including authentication and e-commerce migration concerns.
- Contribute to team test creation, prioritization discussions and act as a subject-matter resource for other teams.
- Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Test & Optimization Engineer, Product Manager focused on experimentation, or a closely related role.
- Or, in lieu of the degree, a minimum of 5 years' demonstrable experience in the offered role or closely related testing and optimization functions.

Minimum of 3 years in a testing and optimization role with the specified degree, or 5 years of equivalent experience without the listed degree. Experience supervising or mentoring cross-functional contributors and working in large-scale e-commerce experimentation programs is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent; or equivalent professional experience (5 years) in testing and optimization.
