1. Manage the makeup category within physical retail stores.
2. Analyze product performance, inventory, turnover, and sales.
3. Develop and negotiate strategic actions for channel growth.
4. Monitor and evaluate category performance in physical stores.
5. Manage product and brand assortment for the channel.
6. Conduct commercial negotiations with brands.
7. Maintain internal relationships with stakeholders.
8. Develop and monitor key retail KPIs and category performance by channel.
9. Support the creation of commercial calendars and identify new opportunities.
10. Execute pricing and promotional routines.
11. Oversee planogram, assortment, and store replenishment.
12. Engage with store teams.
13. Analyze productivity and expansion opportunities.

1. Bachelor's degree required.
2. Intermediate proficiency in English.
