1. Manage the assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies for five IIP brands in Sephora Brazil.
2. Analyze brand and product performance to plan point-of-sale actions.
3. Propose discount strategies, product repositioning, and commercial opportunities aligned with business objectives.
4. Develop and execute sellout plans, including coordinating with store managers for brand days, setting targets, and managing promotional materials.
5. Define product assortment, including core products and new launches.
6. Maintain and update product pages with accurate information for category submission.
7. Set sales prices and analyze margins and discounts.
8. Forecast new launches, balancing volume and sales projections.
9. Oversee extra in-store visibility such as endcaps and FOS tables.
10. Conduct monthly sales analysis and report to global brand teams.
11. Analyze market trends to develop strategic monthly reports.
