Sephora Payroll Specialist

1. Conduct thorough reviews of employee timesheets to ensure accuracy and address discrepancies.
2. Collaborate with leaders to coach on timesheet inaccuracies.
3. Support and coordinate system upgrades within the Dayforce platform, leading change management efforts.
4. Manage the distribution and mailing of paper checks and oversee direct deposit setups and changes.
5. Ensure timely and accurate employee compensation.
6. Apply and file documentation for instances such as jury duty or bereavement.
7. Provide guidance and training to leaders on the Dayforce system.
8. Address escalated or complex payroll issues with Sephora Headquarters.
9. Maintain attendance and timekeeping reporting.
10. Review and analyze payroll reporting as needed.
11. Maintain current knowledge of compliance and pay-related laws.
12. Extract data from various systems to create reports supporting operations and HR.
13. Conduct periodic audits of HR files and records.
14. Process employee changes such as internal movement and terminations.
15. Manage employee programs such as discounts and tuition reimbursement.
16. Provide employee support for frequently asked questions regarding policies and payroll.
17. Assist with internal communications and employee recognition programs.
18. Support New Hire Orientation sessions.
19. Assist with daily timekeeping inquiries and payroll processing.

1. 2+ years of related Human Resources experience, preferably in a distribution center or manufacturing facility.
2. Thorough knowledge of current employment-related laws and regulations.

1. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Experience with modern payroll software and HRIS, preferably Dayforce and SAP.
3. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
7. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
8. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within a distribution center or manufacturing environment.

The annual base salary range for this position is $26.00 - $29.68, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
