1. Ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback to enhance service quality.
2. Maintain staff productivity and engagement through effective team collaboration.
3. Manage stock availability and ensure efficient replenishment processes.
4. Adhere to operational routines and compliance standards.
5. Monitor turnover against targets and contribute to category development.
6. Control retail key figures such as MS, IPT, AVB, CR, and number of services.
7. Conduct scheduled inventory checks and manage employee turnover.
8. Support beauty classes and provide short services across departments.
9. Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising specifications.
10. Maintain assortment and merchandise, ensuring sales floor readiness.
11. Clean and organize sales floor furniture and products.
12. Assist with warehousing and stocking of goods.
13. Support merchandising updates and conversions.
14. Operate cash register and perform additional daily business tasks.

1. Comparable experience or interest in the beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or gastronomy sector.
2. First experience in retail and customer advisory roles.
3. Fluency in English or the native language of the country.
