1. Deliver personalized beauty consultations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
2. Perform customized beauty services in the Beauty Studio, including professional makeup application and basic skincare treatments while adhering to health and hygiene standards.
3. Demonstrate product application and makeup techniques to clients and provide follow-up recommendations.
4. Manage bookings, rebook clients, and maintain an organized appointment schedule to optimize studio utilization.
5. Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and brand guidelines to inform recommendations and service offerings.
6. Support sales events and in-store promotions to drive client engagement and contribute to store sales targets.

1. 1–3 years of prior experience in retail sales or beauty services.
2. Strong knowledge of current beauty trends, cosmetics and skincare products.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-service orientation.
4. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment and maintain consistent, reliable attendance.
5. Flexible availability to work peak retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
6. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
