Sephora Packaging Development and Production Assistant Intern

- Assist packaging engineers in the design and production of holiday gift sets.
- Supervise production stages and ensure the definition of assortments and creation of packaging ranges.
- Ensure completeness of data and availability of finished or semi-finished products for assembly processes.
- Collaborate closely with multifunctional teams including Marketing, Purchasing, Project Management, and Supply Chain, as well as external partners such as suppliers and copackers.
- Support the development of folding boxes and ensure cost-effective assembly and packaging of gift sets.
- Monitor quality tests and assess cost impacts of additional protective measures.
- Establish packaging processes to draft Requests for Quotation (RFQ).
- Evaluate copacker quotes and finalize costs with the Purchasing team.
- Create bill of materials and assist in production initiation at copackers.
- Validate tertiary packaging and palletization plans.
- Track project timelines and regularly report on project progress.
- Currently in the 4th year of an engineering degree in packaging, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Curious, organized, autonomous, dynamic, analytical, and passionate about products.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Willingness to travel if necessary.
- Technical expertise in packaging development.
- Project management skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Beginner level experience is acceptable, suitable for students in their penultimate year of engineering studies.
Pursuing a degree in engineering, preferably in packaging or mechanical engineering.
