Sephora Packaging Development and Production Assistant Intern

1. Assist packaging engineers in the design and production of holiday gift sets.
2. Supervise production stages and ensure the definition of assortments and creation of packaging ranges.
3. Ensure completeness of data and availability of finished or semi-finished products for assembly processes.
4. Collaborate closely with multifunctional teams including Marketing, Purchasing, Project Management, and Supply Chain, as well as external partners such as suppliers and copackers.
5. Support the development of folding boxes and ensure cost-effective assembly and packaging of gift sets.
6. Monitor quality tests and assess cost impacts of additional protective measures.
7. Establish packaging processes to draft Requests for Quotation (RFQ).
8. Evaluate copacker quotes and finalize costs with the Purchasing team.
9. Create bill of materials and assist in production initiation at copackers.
10. Validate tertiary packaging and palletization plans.
11. Track project timelines and regularly report on project progress.

1. Currently in the 4th year of an engineering degree in packaging, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
3. Curious, organized, autonomous, dynamic, analytical, and passionate about products.
4. Proficiency in English communication.
5. Willingness to travel if necessary.

Beginner level experience is acceptable, suitable for students in their penultimate year of engineering studies.

Pursuing a degree in engineering, preferably in packaging or mechanical engineering.
