1. Conduct in-store surveillance and utilize CCTV systems to identify, observe, and deter theft.
2. Adhere to Sephora's policies regarding arrests, seizures, and evidence preservation.
3. Prepare reports on theft incidents, merchandise recovery, accident investigations, and audits.
4. Testify in court for criminal or civil cases as required.
5. Provide training to new hires and employees on loss prevention strategies.
6. Perform store audits and security inspections.
7. Assist store management with inventory preparation and processes.
8. Collaborate with store and district loss prevention managers to develop and execute loss prevention plans.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in asset protection or loss prevention in a retail environment.
2. Meet and maintain licensing requirements as mandated by provincial or local authorities.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including listening, interviewing, and interpersonal communication.
4. High school diploma or equivalent.

1. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
2. Capability to work across multiple stores within a market.
3. Proficiency in loss prevention techniques and strategies.
4. Strong observational and analytical skills.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.

Compensation ranges from CAD 21.10 to CAD 26.40 per hour, with performance bonuses and a competitive benefits package.
