Sephora Operations Team Leader

- Conduct on-site surveillance and utilize CCTV systems to identify, observe, and deter theft.
- Adhere to Sephora's legal guidelines regarding arrests, seizures, and evidence preservation.
- Prepare reports on theft incidents, merchandise recovery, accident investigations, and audits.
- Testify in court on behalf of the company for criminal or civil cases as required.
- Provide training to new hires and employees on loss prevention awareness.
- Perform in-store audits and security checklist inspections.
- Assist store management in stock preparation and processes.
- Collaborate with store teams and district loss prevention managers to develop and implement loss prevention plans.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in asset protection or loss prevention in retail.
- Meet and maintain provincial or local licensing requirements.
- Possess strong oral and written communication skills, listening, interviewing, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Capability to work across multiple stores within a market.
- Strong surveillance and observation skills.
- Excellent report writing and documentation abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CCTV and other security technologies.
- Ability to conduct training sessions.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Compensation ranges from CAD 21.10 to CAD 26.40 per hour, with performance bonuses and a competitive benefits program.
