Sephora Operations Team Lead

- Lead and manage all aspects of store operations, ensuring adherence to corporate standards and timely execution of processes.
- Supervise the store operations team, night-stock team and operations management staff; support staffing and scheduling to meet operational needs.
- Oversee inventory lifecycle activities including shipping, receiving, returns, cycle counts and reconciliation to ensure stock accuracy and loss prevention.
- Drive visual merchandising execution on the sales floor to maintain brand and presentation standards.
- Manage internal and external cleaning teams and vendor relationships, providing coaching and escalating issues as required.
- Control supplies, demonstrators and sample inventory within budget, and maintain appropriate stock levels for the store.
- Participate in performance management and development activities, delivering timely feedback and coaching to drive individual and team improvement.
- Act as a customer-service leader on the sales floor, collaborating with beauty advisors to support client experience and sales initiatives.
- 1–3 years' experience in a similar operations role within a retail environment of comparable sales volume.
- Proven ability to influence peers and lead cross-functional store teams.
- Demonstrated knowledge of store operations, inventory control and loss-prevention procedures.
- Strong time-management skills with effective problem-solving capability.
- Comfortable taking responsibility for vendor management and budgetary control of store supplies.

1–3 years' experience in a similar role within a retail store of comparable volume, with demonstrated ability to manage operations teams and influence cross-functional colleagues.
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary diploma in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
