Sephora Operations Manager

1. Oversee all day-to-day cash and stock operations, ensuring compliance with Sephora policies and procedures.
2. Drive operational efficiency through high standards of replenishment, cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation.
3. Manage stockroom layout and workflow to optimize space, speed, and productivity.
4. Lead delivery processes to meet timing, accuracy, and productivity targets.
5. Direct cash desk operations, ensuring accuracy, security, compliance, and smooth daily transactions.
6. Facilitate cash-management procedures, conduct audits, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
7. Maintain optimal stock levels to prevent shortages and support strong commercial performance.
8. Ensure compliance across cash handling, returns, safety, and all operational guidelines.
9. Promote safe working practices and maintain a secure, hazard-free environment for teams and customers.
10. Lead and develop operational and cash desk teams, providing ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback.
11. Ensure effective use of Sephora digital tools to enhance efficiency and support personalized service.
12. Manage performance of Beauty Advisors, setting goals and supporting their leadership development.
13. Create efficient staff schedules, rotas, and daily plans that balance business needs with team wellbeing.
14. Partner closely with the Store Director and Customer Experience Manager on ER, payroll, and resource planning.
15. Work with Recruitment to onboard and attract strong talent for operational roles.
16. Support the customer experience by resolving challenges quickly and ensuring operational readiness for exceptional service.

1. Proven leadership experience in retail operations, with strong cash and stock management expertise.
2. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
3. Customer-focused approach with confidence handling complex situations and resolving issues.
4. Experience using digital tools to enhance operational efficiency.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs and drive performance improvements.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate diverse operational teams.
7. Experience navigating ER processes when required.
8. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak trading periods as needed.
