Sephora Operations Manager

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a shift or department within the Distribution Center, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Supervise exempt and non-exempt staff, maintaining oversight of safety and housekeeping programs.
- Develop and implement strategic and tactical plans to meet operational and service delivery goals.
- Promote team collaboration and accountability to meet performance objectives.
- Manage equipment and labor resources to ensure service levels and budget adherence.
- Collaborate with key support groups to align efforts across retail and e-commerce environments.
- Administer policies and guidelines fairly, addressing performance and behavioral concerns.
- Lead and inspire teams in safety, performance, and adherence to OSHA regulations.
- Five to ten years of relevant experience in a distribution center environment.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as Blue Yonder, Autostore, or Pouch Packing.
- Ability to manage large teams and develop leaders.
- Knowledge of distribution operating systems and logistics activities.
- Strong analytical abilities and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks against competing priorities.
Five to ten years of relevant experience in a distribution center environment, with a focus on operations management and team leadership.
The annual base salary range for this position is $96,390.00 - $107,730.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
