Sephora Operations Manager

1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of a shift or department within the Distribution Center, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
2. Supervise exempt and non-exempt staff, maintaining oversight of safety and housekeeping programs.
3. Develop and implement strategic and tactical plans to meet operational and service delivery goals.
4. Promote team collaboration and accountability to meet performance objectives.
5. Manage equipment and labor resources to ensure service levels and budget adherence.
6. Collaborate with key support groups to align efforts across retail and e-commerce environments.
7. Administer policies and guidelines fairly, addressing performance and behavioral concerns.
8. Lead and inspire teams in safety, performance, and adherence to OSHA regulations.

1. Five to ten years of relevant experience in a distribution center environment.
2. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as Blue Yonder, Autostore, or Pouch Packing.
3. Ability to manage large teams and develop leaders.
4. Knowledge of distribution operating systems and logistics activities.

1. Strong analytical abilities and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
3. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks against competing priorities.

Five to ten years of relevant experience in a distribution center environment, with a focus on operations management and team leadership.

The annual base salary range for this position is $96,390.00 - $107,730.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
