Sephora Operations Leader

1. Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment and receiving to ensure operational efficiency.
2. Lead visual merchandising and promotional execution to maintain brand presentation and drive sales.
3. Manage store maintenance and loss-prevention practices to create a safe, inviting shopping environment.
4. Coach, develop and schedule the operations team; build team capability in operational processes, selling behaviors and performance metrics.
5. Support the client experience by partnering with sales teams to meet store goals and service standards.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards across shifts and teams.

1. Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality; 3+ years preferred.
2. Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate and develop front-line teams to achieve measurable goals.
3. Strong organizational aptitude with meticulous attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; proven capability to influence cross-functionally.
5. Effective time management and prioritization in a fast-paced retail environment.
6. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required.
7. Flexible availability to work nights, weekends and holidays; reliable attendance and punctuality.
