Sephora Operations Leader

- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, replenishment and order fulfillment to ensure stock accuracy and availability.
- Lead visual merchandising and promotional set-ups to uphold brand standards and drive sales performance.
- Coach, develop and schedule the operations team, fostering accountability and measurable performance against store KPIs.
- Ensure operational compliance with company policies, safety standards and loss-prevention procedures.
- Support exceptional client experience by partnering with sales teams to maintain store readiness and service continuity.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality with demonstrated people-management success.
- Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop frontline teams to achieve operational and sales targets.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational aptitude and problem-solving capability in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
- Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holiday trading; able to meet full-time shift requirements (30–40 hours/week).

Minimum 3 years of progressive leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality, with a track record of coaching teams, managing inventory processes and delivering operational KPIs.
