Sephora Operations Leader

- Drive operational excellence across the store by overseeing inventory management, replenishment, receiving and order fulfillment to ensure stock accuracy and availability.
- Lead visual merchandising and promotional set‑ups to maintain brand standards and optimise conversion and sell‑through.
- Coach, mentor and develop operations team members in operational processes, selling behaviours and performance metrics to build a high‑performing, accountable team.
- Support and elevate the client experience through reliable operational execution and collaboration with sales teams to achieve store goals.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, loss prevention procedures and safety standards to create a secure and welcoming shopping environment.
- Manage scheduling and staffing to meet operational needs; maintain punctuality and consistent attendance, including availability for nights, weekends and holidays.
- Minimum 2–3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in retail operations or hospitality, with demonstrable team coaching outcomes.
- Proven ability to manage inventory processes, merchandising execution and operational workflows with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time‑management skills; adept at prioritizing in a dynamic retail setting.
- Strong problem‑solving aptitude and organizational discipline to maintain operational standards under pressure.
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds as required.
- Availability to work full‑time (30–40 hours/week) including peak retail periods, nights, weekends and holidays.

High school diploma or GED required; additional coursework or certifications in retail management or business preferred.
