1. Oversee inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to ensure operational standards are met.
2. Lead visual merchandising and promotional events to uphold brand presentation and drive sales.
3. Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional client service and achieve store goals.
4. Guide and train team members in operational processes, selling behaviors, and performance metrics.
5. Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork, empowering employees to excel.
6. Ensure adherence to company policies and create a safe shopping environment.

1. Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality.
2. Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals.
3. Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.

$23.00 - $28.25 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
