- Lead day-to-day store operations including inventory control, replenishment, order fulfillment, and adherence to operational standards.
- Drive brand presentation through visual merchandising, execution of promotional events, and store maintenance to maximise sales.
- Coach, mentor and develop the operations team to improve operational proficiency, selling behaviours and achievement of performance metrics.
- Partner with sales and client-facing teams to ensure a consistently exceptional customer experience and attainment of store goals.
- Enforce company policies and safety procedures to maintain a secure, compliant and welcoming shopping environment.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail operations, hospitality, or a comparable frontline environment.
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams to meet operational and commercial objectives.
- Strong organisational aptitude with acute attention to detail and well-honed problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to inspire a collaborative, accountable culture.
- Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required by store operations.

Three or more years leading teams in retail operations or hospitality with demonstrable success driving operational standards and developing staff.
