Sephora Operations Leader

- Lead and supervise the store operations team to deliver consistent execution of inventory management, replenishment and order fulfillment.
- Oversee visual merchandising, promotional set-ups and store maintenance to uphold brand standards and drive sales.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures, loss-prevention protocols and company policies to create a safe, efficient shopping environment.
- Coach, develop and motivate team members through on-the-job training, performance feedback and career development guidance.
- Partner with sales colleagues to support exceptional client experience and achievement of store targets.
- Manage scheduling expectations, maintain punctuality standards and ensure coverage during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Resolve operational issues promptly, demonstrating strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality (3 years preferred).
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop front-line teams to meet performance objectives.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational aptitude and effective time-management in a dynamic retail environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to foster an inclusive, collaborative culture.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required.
