- Oversee day-to-day store operations including inventory control, replenishment, order fulfilment and loss prevention to ensure operational efficiency.
- Lead visual merchandising and promotional set‑ups to maintain brand standards and maximise sales impact.
- Coach, develop and schedule the operations team; provide on‑the‑floor training in operational processes, selling behaviours and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols and store maintenance standards to create a secure, welcoming client environment.

- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations, hospitality or a comparable customer‑facing environment.

- Proven attention to detail with strong organisational and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable punctuality and attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required by merchandising and stock duties.
